Are your products legal?
Yes! All of our products are hemp-derived and fully compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. They contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, making them federally legal in the United States.
Do I need to be 21 or older to purchase?
Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from our store. Age verification is required at checkout and upon delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash for in-store purchases. We also accept various digital payment methods at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders are shipped discreetly.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Defective products will be replaced at no cost.
What is the difference between Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD?
CBD (cannabidiol) is non-psychoactive and commonly used for wellness. Delta-8 THC offers a milder psychoactive experience, while hemp-derived Delta-9 THC provides a more traditional experience. All our products are derived from legal hemp.
Can I visit your store in person?
Absolutely! Our Memphis location at 2809 Kirby Rd STE 117 is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Our knowledgeable staff is always happy to help you find the perfect product.
Do you ship to all states?
We ship to most states where hemp-derived products are legal. Some states have specific restrictions. Please check your local laws before ordering. We'll notify you at checkout if we cannot ship to your location.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes, all of our products undergo rigorous third-party lab testing for potency, purity, and safety. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every product upon request.
